Comparison

SwimOutlet is a 20-year swim-gear retailer (TYR, Speedo, Arena, Dolfin, JOLYN) that added a team-store offering bolted onto their inventory. Team stores are rep-mediated and tied to their catalog; their headline pitch is brand depth + bulk-buying discounts.

TeamStores.AI is the modern team-store platform: 5-minute self-serve setup, no rep call required, Stripe Connect routes payouts directly to the team's bank in 2 business days (we don't hold the money), and every order is custom-decorated and ships direct from production — no inventory risk, no minimums, no leftover stock at season end.

The AI advantage

SwimOutlet's strength is catalog depth + fit-kit programs. TeamStores.AI's strength is the AI autopilot — once your store is running, the platform drafts and auto-sends size-link follow-ups, day-3 stuck-at-1-order nudges, and abandoned-cart recovery. Pro coordinators save an estimated 3–5 hours/week on parent comms.

Choose SwimOutlet when the team's primary need is bulk-buying known swim brands (Speedo tech suits, Arena kickboards, TYR caps) at a swim-specialist's catalog discount, you want physical fit kits before ordering tech suits, and you're willing to coordinate through a rep. SwimOutlet's 35% tech-suit discount is genuinely meaningful for teams whose order is 60%+ branded swim catalog. TeamStores.AI is a platform — it doesn't carry a stocked retail catalog.
